Are you invested in the practice of Acroyoga? Do you want to take your personal practice to the next level? Are you interested in taking the teacher training but are unable to get that kind of time off? AYM is offering half day passes available for the Montreal training in July, come get a taste!

Do you want to get a taste of the Acroyoga Montreal Teacher Training program? Want to move your body skilfully, both individually or in partnership?Drop in to the morning practice at the Acroyoga Montreal Teacher Training, being held at Espace 215 (215 Jean Talon Ouest).
July 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19!
Choose from 4 options:
- 8am-9am : Personal Movement & Yoga Warm up
- 9am-10:30am : Acroyoga Intermediate Technique & Flow
- 8am-10:30am : The Full Package, Warm-up then train Intermediate technique & Flow
- 8am-1pm : Stay with us until lunch and train inversions, refresh your teaching and related skills (available to returning certified teachers)
